Our ticket booking system

We are aware that customers have been experiencing difficulties with our booking system. Some of you have reported various issues to us, such as not being able to get through on the phone and there have been particular problems when we have had cancellations.
We very much regret the general low level of service that has been the case in the last six months and we apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of these problems.
We contract the booking service and, as a matter of urgency, we are in the process of selecting a new contractor.
In the meantime while we are striving to provide as high a level of service as possible, we have some recommendations regarding bookings.
Many people want to book in advance to guarantee their seats. This is important in certain places and with films that are likely to sell out. This does not happen in most locations and there is no urgency to book in advance as you can purchase tickets on the door.
We are recommending that you do not use the phone booking system as the wait time is unacceptably long – averaging 20 minutes.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online and this system should be unaffected.
You may also buy tickets at the Screen Machine 30 minutes before the screening.
We will be monitoring all aspects of the system and predicting when advance booking may be a good idea and we will be sending out emails to our customers with updates and advice.
