Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway

Beatrix Potter’s mischievous rabbit is back for a second CGI/live-action outing in this comedy sequel.

Peter and the rabbits are living with the happily married Bea and Thomas. When Bea’s books about Peter’s past shenanigans draw the attention of a major publisher, Peter resents how he is portrayed. Unable to shed his reputation, he joins up with the roguish rabbit Barnabas to pursue a life of crime. But when things go awry, his family comes looking for him, and Peter must decide what kind of rabbit he wants to be.

Cute and zany, Peter’s adventure is full of slapstick and gags that will have the kids holding their sides with laughter.

“It’s an astute, entertaining, light-hearted mix of slapstick and self-reflexive humor” Variety

“Gloriously self-aware sequel is a hoot” Evening Standard

“more gleefully slick and manic chaos” Screen Daily
