Writer/director Rian Johnson (Looper, The Last Jedi) returns with this modern whodunit murder mystery. After the wealthy crime novelist Harlan Thrombey (Plummer) seemingly commits suicide at his 85th birthday party, private detective Benoit Blanc (Craig) is hired by an unknown source to verify the facts. As he digs into the night of the crime and explores Harlan’s difficult family relationships, Blanc is certain of foul play, and it’s up to him to uncover the truth.
Daniel Craig leads this ensemble cast brimming with hilarious and memorable performances. Together they draw you into this smart and sharp tale with twists that will defy your expectations and leave your jaw dropping to the floor.
