Black Panther

The 18th instalment in the Marvel saga – Black Panther is set in Wakanda – a fictional East African country full of shimmering towers, bustling streets and sprawling grasslands that has concealed itself from the rest of the world. The plot spans 2016’s Captain America: Civil War and the forthcoming Avengers: Infinity War. King T’Challa has returned home to serve his country as its new leader. But he soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, he assumes the mantle of Black Panther and teams up with a CIA agent to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war. “a superhero movie with serious muscle and style” Telegraph **** “the best-looking Marvel movie yet” Guardian ****
