Contact Us

All staff work on a part time basis. Messages will mostly be attended to between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Thursday.

We ask that you to please contact us by emailing or completing the form below. Our office is intermittently occupied throughout the week, and while there is a switchboard service that can take a message for you (0131 550 3734) if no one is there, we can’t guarantee we will respond to it promptly.

On weekends, we will only reply to urgent requests that cannot wait until Monday morning.

If you are contacting us about a booking, please include the location as well as your reference number as this makes it quicker for us to find it in our system. If you are contacting us because you haven’t received your booking reference number, we ask that you please check your spam/junk folder first as they can sometimes go there.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Screen Machine Film Fans Facebook group.

A great screen experience lasts far beyond a film’s runtime. We can be moved, angered, overjoyed; we might want to discuss, to challenge, to take action – this is your space to share those experiences with other audiences across the Screen Machine’s touring route. We visit over forty locations, which means that here you can connect from Westray to Millport or Tarbert to Tomintoul, with people who share the same interest or passion for film.

This is also a space to share your experiences outside of the Screen Machine, maybe you’ve seen a film at another cinema or film society and you want to tell people about it, or can recommend a great film on the TV or online. Perhaps there’s a review or article that you’ve reacted to, this is your space to discover new films and chat with other film fans. Request to join here.
