Build a Screen Machine from LEGO, and win The LEGO Movie tickets!

It’s awesome to be bringing The LEGO Movie to every location we visit over the next couple of months.

To be in with the chance of winning free tickets to see The LEGO Movie, we are setting you a challenge!

Can you build a model of the Screen Machine out of Lego? As you’ll know if you have visited the Screen Machine, it looks like a regular, dark blue truck from the outside, but it opens out – width ways – to turn into a cinema.

To help inspire you, you can see photos and film of the Screen Machine here on our website by going to Flickr and Vimeo. We don’t mind if you choose to build a Lego Screen Machine folded up, or opened out, or even show the inside filled with people watching a movie.

Here’s what to do:

Build a model of the Screen Machine – don’t worry if you don’t have many blue bricks – we can use our imaginations too!

When you have finished, take a photo and e-mail it to: – it must arrive by noon on Thursday 27 February – so you’ll need to be quick with those bricks! Remember to attach your name, age and contact details – or those of a grown up. (Unless, of course, you are a grown up!)

We will judge the photos, and let you know soon if you are the lucky winner.

A list of all the screenings we have confirmed so far is below, but don’t worry if you can’t see your town or village listed there – we will be bringing The LEGO Movie to every location we visit as part of our regular tour.
