HI~Arts regrets that the Touring Arts Grant scheme is now closed.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise, which funded the scheme, is now working to a new Government Economic Strategy, with increased focus on business growth and achieving ambitious growth targets, and they are receiving ever increasing calls on their limited resources.

As a result they have been faced with many difficult choices and are only able to support projects which best fit with their new objectives.
