- The Screen Machine is available for public and private hires. We plan 3 months in advance, although we send out publicity for shows about 2 weeks before we arrive in any location. The Screen Machine is not available for hourly or daily hires unless your event coincides with our touring circuit. It is very rarely possible for us to undertake one-off film shows or events in locations outside of our operating area (North and West Highlands, the Western Isles and Argyll and the Islands of Scotland). However the Screen Machine is available, subject to touring commitments, for product launches and promotional activities for hires of seven days or more.
