The Screen Machine mobile cinema has toured to communities in the north of Scotland for more than 26 years. This is an important time in the service’s development and we have an exciting opportunity for an individual with an exceptional range of skills to join the team.
The Cinema Driver/Operator will: drive our articulated cinema; set it up on site; welcome the audience; sell tickets and project films. You will hold a clean HGV C+E licence and have experience of operating and maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment.
In addition, you’ll be skillful, resilient, confident and welcoming. You’ll be comfortable working two weeks on and off shifts. You’ll blend existing skills with new skills that we’ll help you to learn.
