Since they were young, Cathy and Heathcliff have longed for one another. As they grow up, this turns to strong desire, but Cathy, from the wealthy Earnshaw family, cannot simply marry Heathcliff, a man of a lower class with a mysterious past.

The years pass and relationships change, but Cathy and Heathcliff remain forever bound. Their love transcends into an intoxicating forbidden passion, and should they dare to act, the fallout will be monumental and devastating for all.

Loosely based on Emily Bronte’s classic novel, this romantic drama from Emerald Fennell (Promising Young Woman, Saltburn) is an epic tale of intense emotions navigating the mores that can hinder and shape our connections. Featuring a soundtrack by Charli XCX.

“If you embrace the film’s audacious style and think of it as a reinvention not an adaptation, this bold, artful Wuthering Heights is utterly absorbing” BBC

“a heaving, rip-snortingly carnal good time at the cinema” The Atlantic

“wildly fun, a fever dream come to life” London Evening Standard
