Return to Downton one last time as the Crawleys and their devoted staff enter the 1930s.

When word spreads that Mary has divorced Henry Talbot, she finds herself no longer welcome in the usual circles. Soon, the whole family is shunned from their friends. At the same time, Cora’s brother Harold Levinson returns from America having made some poor investments. With him is a financial advisor who captures Mary’s attention, but there’s something not quite right about him.

But change is the air, and one of the best ways to look forwards is to look back. Everyone will do what they can to secure the finances and reputation of the Crawleys, right as Robert starts to consider the future of Downton.

All of your favourite characters return in this warm and fitting swansong for the acclaimed series by Julian Fellowes.

“With a profound embrace of the changing times and clever winks at Downton devotees, writer Julian Fellowes and director Simon Curtis deliver a heart-swelling conclusion.” Variety
