A Quiet Place: Day One

Sam, terminally ill with cancer, agrees to go on a trip with her hospice to New York City so she can visit the jazz parlour her dad used to play in before she dies. During the trip, mysterious objects start falling from the sky. Soon, the city is overrun by aliens that kill anything that makes a sound, forcing all survivors to remain silent.

Amidst the chaos, Sam meets British law student Eric, and the two work together to survive. Hatching a plan to escape the city, they quietly make their way through the growing, noiseless apocalypse, hoping to fulfil Sam’s final wish.
