Update from Pamela Conacher

Having recently taken up the post of Craft Development Coordinator I would like to introduce myself and let you know some of what we have planned for the coming year.
Following on from recommendations in the 2007 Scoping study we will be developing an exciting range of initiatives that will assist in building confidence, capacity and networking within the craft sector. These will include training schemes and a programme of Go and See visits as well as creating opportunities for Highland and Islands makers to develop their working practice both individually and as a group.
