Heat 4 of Battle4Bella will be held this Friday (May 16th) at Invergordon Arts Centre.  The Line up is Samina Karatu,  
Patchwork Simplicity, Fate of Nations, Messiane, Lucy Teale, Ben Anonymous.  Doors open at 7:30pm and tickets are £5 entry on the door. The first band on stage at 8pm.

The Competition
Nessmp3.com are running a talent search competition during 2008. We are looking for young bands and solo artists (under 21) who perform their own material. The competition will take place over several nights between March and June and split in to several heats. With the winner being announced at the end of June. The closing date for entry to the competition will be April 31st.

The Prize
The winning band or solo artist will receive free entry and perform on The Potting Shed stage at this years Tartan Hearts Festival at Belladrum.

Genre
The competition is open to all genres of music. Organisers will try to place bands of similar genres on the same night where possible.

Judging
Judging will be by means of a video of each performance which will be uploaded to this page http://www.nessmp3.com/battle4bella/ with a time limited poll vote attached. There have been a number of queries raised over the online voting system. Whilst organisers recognise that there is no way to guarantee 100% security and they are aware that it is possible to log multiple votes. It is not possible to do this without leaving a trail. Organisers will be checking the logs regularly. Any band found to be abusing the voting poll WILL be disqualified.

The Venue
All competition heats will be held at Invergordon Arts Centre, though other venues may be introduced later. Invergordon Arts Centre is a seated auditorium with a capacity of 100 people.

Are You Eligible
The competition is open to any band or solo artist under the age of 21. You must perform your own material and be available on the 8th of August.
