The North Highland College is considering the introduction of a new MA in Arts Management. This modular course will be designed specifically for people who are already working in the arts and across the Third Sector. Each module will attract a Professional Development Award.

There will be an introductory module compulsory for all students -designed to cover a range of basic business practices relevant to arts/third sector organisations. After this introduction, students will be able to make informed choices about further modules and alter their course of study to suit their individual needs and experience.

The modules are being designed in consultation with relevant professional organisations and will be delivered through the College’s Virtual Learning Environment. The delivery of modules will be tailored to suit the students’ own objectives in taking the course. This will be an ideal course for people who are already working in the arts and voluntary sector and for funding bodies and public agencies.
