During the last seven years, since it’s opening in 2001, the Castle Gallery has gathered together an impressive stable of artists – both established artists and emerging talent. The gallery works very closely with its key artists (providing support, exposure and paying on time!) to ensure the finest possible selection of pieces for the gallery customers.

The gallery has commissioned new work from nine of its key artists, and for the first time ever, work by these artists will be shown together at the gallery between 26 March and 26 April, 2008. This is an unprecedented opportunity to view a range of new paintings and sculpture by these leading artists, including Shazia Mahmood, Jonathan Shearer, Ian McWhinnie, Vega, Joe Davie, Nicola Slattery, Aliisa Hyslop, Michael Ross and Illona Morrice.
