Programme for the Celtic Media Festival: Galway, 16th - 18th April 2008

The Celtic Media Festival is coming to Galway, Ireland on Wednesday 16th April to Friday 18th April 2008 and details of the Programme have now been issued. 

Throughout the 3 days of the festival, it will be celebrating excellence in broadcasting, film and interactive media by presenting awards in each of their 18 festival categories. All events will be held in the Radisson SAS Hotel & Spa Conference Space.

The dates and times for the awards ceremonies are as follows-

Wed 16th April 2008 - 12.45 - 13.45
DAY 1
- Presented by Mary Kennedy, RTÉ and Dáithí Ó Sé, TG4

Arts documentary / Sport Profile / Website / Interactive / Education

Thur 17th April 2008 - 12.45 - 13.45
DAY 2
- Presented by Mary Kennedy, RTÉ and Dáithí Ó Sé, TG4

Feature Length Drama / Short Drama / Young People / Animation / Documentary Feature / Drama Series

Fri 18th April 2008 - 12.45 - 13.45
DAY 3
- Presented by Beirní Ní Chuinn, Raidio na Gaeltachta and Dáithí Ó Sé, TG4

Radio Documentary / Entertainment / Factual Documentary / Radio Presenter / Children's / Current Affairs

Gala Dinner and Final Awards - 20.00 - late -
