The Iceberg - coming to a venue near you!
29 January 2008

Award winning en masse theatre is touring their brand new production, The Iceberg to a series of venues across the UK in early 2008. Catch it whilst you can.

Queen Victoria rules the waves and the British Empire thrives, conquered by blood shed and slavery. A brave Explorer wishes to discover something for Britain not gained by savagery, something beautiful that Britain can be proud of. He wishes to find the perfect iceberg.

Accompanied by an unlikely crew, the Explorer sets sail for the shores of Antarctica. But the discovery of a mysterious young stowaway teaches him more about perfection than he could ever have imagined.

en masse theatre return with this moving, musical tale,  written by Oliver Birch and directed by Amy Leach, of Victorian Britain and the freezing landscape of the South Pole.  Suitable for explorers of all ages from 9+
