Company Chordelia invites you to enter a surreal world of impression management, where comedy and tragedy collide as the struggle to make a good impression unfolds. Tapping into a rich seam of darkly absurd
humour, they venture into the strange and familiar places that exist between the impressions we hope to make, and those we leave behind. Combining an inspired and extraordinary mix of dance, theatre and physicality, this new piece is idiosyncratic and raucous dance theatre at its best.
73 1/2 Minutes is directed by the multi-faceted MICHAEL POPPER (Scottish Dance Theatre, The Icelandic Ballet, Tanz Forum and The Lindsay Kemp Company) and is performed by Chordelia's Artistic Director, KALLY LLOYD JONES, PETER BALDWIN (Nu Tempo Experimental Dance Company and Pasgetti Dance Company), and MATT FOSTER (Random Aspekts, Freshmess and David Hughes Dance Company).
