The Wigtown Poetry Competition is the largest poetry competition in Scotland, attracting in the region of 2000 entries each year so far.

The first three winning poems will be published in the Sunday Herald and all the winning and commended poems will be published in a special anthology.Closing date for entries is 25th Jaunuary 2008.

All entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
