Blueprints is a project by Roxane Permar and one of five commissions to mark the redevelopment  of Newlyn Art Gallery in Cornwall.  Roxane has worked with a diverse group of people, including residents of the village, builders, gallery staff, architects and engineers to track the building and development process. This Saturday, 10 November they are celebrating the end of the project with a Tea Party and the unveiling of the final artwork and presentation of special project gifts.
