In May this year, the first Gaelic Arts Conference for ten years was held in Stornoway. The conference saw artists, funders, audiences and stakeholders come together for the 2-day event, to discuss and debate the future of the Gaelic arts. A conference report documenting the event, and the range of ideas which came out of it, will be launched at the Royal National Mod in Fort William on 19th October.
