The new Eden Court is underlining its commitment to bringing the finest comedy to the Highlands with appearances by Lenny Henry and Ardal O’Hanlon in the venue’s opening week.
One of Britain's best-known and loved comedy stars, Lenny will be making his first performance in the Highland Capital.
A highly popular TV fixture since the mid 70s, he has brought his irrresisitable brand of comedy to the likes of Tiswas, Three Of A kind, Chef, The Lenny Henry Show, and most recently Lenny's Britain. With his new one-man show Lenny will offer an electrifying mix of stand-up and character comedy guaranteed to blow your socks off.
Popular and acclaimed Irish comic Ardal O’Hanlon is best known for his roles in TV shows Father Ted, My Hero and Blessed. He is returning to Eden Court for the first time since 2001.
His wonderfully off beat comedy combines great storytelling, life enhancing observations and unexpected twists, and his sheer originality and talent ensure that there is no other performer like him. Ardal’s show is suitable for ages 15+.
Eden Court will continue to bring the finest comedians to the Highlands in 2008 with appearances by Craig Hill, Frankie Boyle and Paul Merton already confirmed. |
