06 November 2006

Highland 2007 has welcomed two more major businesses onboard as official partners to the year Scotland celebrates Highland culture.

Promotional Print Distributors Ltd (PPD) and EAE Distribution have both become official suppliers to Highland 2007, Scotland’s year of Highland culture.

Councillor Alison Magee, chair of Highland 2007, said: “We warmly welcome PPD and EAE’s support of Highland 2007. These two businesses along with our other official partners have recognised the unique opportunity next year presents in both economic and social terms. Their added support is a major boost and we look forward to working with them over the coming months.”

PPD chief executive, Roger Brown, said: “As the number one provider of leaflet and brochure distribution and display services in Scotland, we are absolutely delighted to have been appointed as an Official Supplier to Highland 2007.

“We are proud to be associated with one of the most significant events that Scotland’s tourism industry has ever seen, and look forward to helping showcase the Highlands and Islands to a worldwide audience and playing our part in making the year-long celebration an outstanding success.”

Glen Bennett managing director of EAE, added: “As Scotland’s largest leaflet marketing specialist we feel honoured to be chosen as an official supplier to Highland 2007. In our twentieth year supporting arts and tourism in Scotland our commitment to Highland culture will be 110 per cent.”
