Duncan McLaren, Chief Executive of Friends of the Earth Scotland said, ³We¹d like to thank Capercaillie, Monica Queen, James Grant and all of the other musicians taking part. This night of great music will be a very enjoyable way of raising money for our work for climate justice in Scotland and around the world.²
Donald Shaw from Capercaillie said, "We are delighted to be supporting Friends of the Earth Scotland. It gives us a sense of doing our bit, by playing music to help raise funds to continue their campaign to protect the environment. Not only will it be a great night of music - it's an opportunity for us to help highlight the charity's important work to a wider audience."
Monica Queen added, "Much more needs to be done to protect our environment. That's why when we were given the opportunity to support Friends of the Earth Scotland by doing what comes easy to us - making music - we jumped at the chance. We all want to do something, so now we can while having a good night out in the process."
