Networking Initiative for Artists

a-n Artists' Events Scotland is a networking artists' networks initiative to be held on 20 January in Aberdeen.

The event will explore artists’ opportunities and strategies for crossing over between areas of practice. Features artists’ presentations by Graham Fagen and Roxane Permar and discussion chaired by Jane Watt, followed by opportunity for informal networking.

One to One Sessions

If you’d like to have a one-to-one discussion with a visiting artist – held the morning following the event – please register your interest when booking for the event. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Travel Bursaries

To facilitate networking across Scotland a number of travel bursaries have been allocated for this event. Please ask for details.

The first in a series of events in Scotland to support critical debate and professional development. Look out for further details of events during February and March. If you’re interested to collaborate on developing an event in your area please make contact. Organised by a-n The Artists Information Company in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Council, Generator, HI~Arts, Limousine Bull, Scottish Arts Council, Scottish Artists Union and artists John Beagles, Anne Bulmer, Juliana Capes, Ian Connell, Tamsin Greenlaw, Jane Kelly, Kirsty Lorenz, Nicola McInally, Guyan Porter, Laura
Simpson and Jane Topping.

The event will be held at Limousine Bull, 36-48 Langstane Place, Aberdeen, 6.30-8.30hrs. Events are FREE but places are limited, so booking is essential.
